Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you use https://wetheapex.com (the "site"), operated by wetheapex ("wetheapex", "we", "us"), based in the United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The short version
- The site gives general information about our services. It is not advice and not an offer.
- Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement.
- The chat assistant and the savings estimate are helpful tools, not promises.
- Use the site lawfully and do not try to break or misuse it.
- UAE law applies, without taking away rights your own country's law gives you.
Who can use the site
The site is for businesses and people acting for a business. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
Information on the site
The content is general information about AI and automation and about our services. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
- Services, timelines and examples describe how we usually work. They are not an offer. A scope, price or timeline is binding only when it is set out in a written proposal or agreement that we have both accepted.
- Example projects use illustrative company details and target figures. They show how we approach a problem and are not reports of results for a named client.
- The savings estimate works only from the numbers you enter and simple assumptions. It is not a quote or a guarantee of savings.
- Articles reflect our view at the date they were published and may become out of date.
We work to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete, current or free of errors.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is an automated AI tool, not a person. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, do not form part of any agreement with us, and do not bind us. Do not enter confidential, sensitive or personal information into it. If something matters, email support@wetheapex.com or book a call.
Enquiries and calls
Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Discovery calls are free and without commitment. Please do not send us confidential information before we have agreed in writing how it will be handled; we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement first. How we use the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our services
When you hire us, a separate written agreement or statement of work governs the work, including scope, fees, payment, timelines, ownership of what we build, confidentiality, data protection and liability. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, through the site;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, or test its security without our written permission;
- disrupt the site, overload it, or use automated tools to scrape or copy it at a rate that affects how it runs;
- send spam, malware or misleading information through the forms or the chat;
- try to make the chat assistant reveal its instructions, produce harmful content, or act against these terms;
- use content from the site to train AI models, or copy it in bulk, without our written permission.
We may block access or take other reasonable steps if we believe these terms have been broken. If you find a security issue, please tell us at support@wetheapex.com.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, logo and code of the site belong to wetheapex or to people who have licensed them to us. You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Anything else needs our written permission.
The names "wetheapex" and our logo are our trademarks. Other product and company names on the site, such as tools we build with, belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse or partner with us.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you, but we will not name you without permission.
Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services, such as Cal.com for booking calls, and may link to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses, and we exclude all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
The site is free to use. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content;
- our total liability to you for anything arising from the site is limited to AED 500 (or the equivalent in your currency).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be excluded by contract, including under the Australian Consumer Law and UK and EU consumer law.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data and what the site stores on your device. They form part of these terms.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you use the site applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@wetheapex.com and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in your own country under mandatory consumer law.
General
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor business.
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site. A separate agreement covers any services.
- These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version applies.
