What an AI audit covers, and what you get at the end
What happens during an automation audit, how much of your team's time it takes, and what the final report contains.

"AI audit" can mean many things. Here is what ours involves, so you can judge whether it is worth paying for.
What it is
A short, fixed-price review of how work gets done in one or more of your teams. The goal is a ranked list of tasks worth automating, with an honest estimate of the saving and cost for each.
What happens
Kick-off call. We agree which teams and processes are in scope and what you want out of it.
Process walkthroughs. We sit with the people who do the work and watch the real steps, in the real tools. This is where most of the useful detail comes from, because the written process and the actual process are rarely the same.
Analysis. We estimate the time and cost of each task from your own figures, check whether the data and systems make automation practical, and note the risks.
Report and workshop. We walk you through the findings and agree what, if anything, to do next.
What you get
- A map of where time is going
- A ranked list of opportunities, each with effort, estimated saving, risks and dependencies
- A recommendation on which tools to use and what they cost to run
- A 90-day plan
- A clear list of what not to automate, and why
What it is not
It is not a sales pitch for a build. The report is written so that you could hand it to another provider or to your own team.
It is also not a guarantee that there is something to automate. Sometimes the right answer is to fix the process first, or to wait until volumes are higher.
How much of your time it takes
Usually a kick-off call, a short session with each team in scope, and a review workshop.
